Lenora Billings-Harris is an international consultant and author of The Diversity Advantage: A Guide to Making Diversity Work. With more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Lenora has developed a unique way of presenting sensitive topics in a high-energy, thought-provoking and non-judgmental way. She designs and delivers presentations and helps coordinate initiatives for Fortune 500 companies as well as professional associations, and educational institutions. Her audiences have spanned the globe, from South Africa to the Ukraine, Belgium to the South Pacific, as well as all across the United States.

In 1986, Lenora founded Excel Development Systems, Inc., a full service training and consulting firm. She is president of Win-Win Resolutions, a non-profit organization that reduces violence and prejudice by teaching K-12 youth conflict resolution skills through the use of interactive drama. She is also currently on the adjunct faculty of the Bryan School of Business and Economics, University of North Carolina-Greensboro.

This interactive session provides hands-on learning. Through the use of small group activities and role-playing, participants will learn how to prevent inappropriate behavior, and increase desirable behavior that builds a high performance workplace.
