Registration for Individuals & Groups

You can complete your individual or group registration for the 2010 Biennial Conference for Women in the 5 easy steps outlined below. After you have reviewed the important information on this page and have made your decision to register, simply click the "Register Now" button at the top of the page.

Ticket Prices:
*Early bird rates good through February 14, 2010 After February 15, 2010
1-day early bird rate - $199 1-day rate - $229
2-day early bird rate - $349 2-day rate - $379

Step 1: Payment Options
Select your payment option, which includes credit card, check, University P-card or University Journal Voucher. Please note the following about your payment options:
  • Selecting your preferred payment method in no way obligates you to a purchase. You will need to click "REGISTER NOW" at the end of Step 5 before your registration is complete.
  • With credit card and University P-card purchases, your registration will be completed when you successfully return from the "Online Payment Center." Your registration will then be confirmed immediately via email.
  • University Journal Voucher purchases will be completed when the banner transaction has been submitted by the registrant and verified by the conference staff. Please credit C-FOAPAL 1-302029-504001-305300-504005. You will still receive an email confirming your registration when it is submitted.
  • Purchases with a check cannot be confirmed until the check clears (7-10 business days after receipt).

Step 2: Ticket Options
Select from ticket options of: 1-day, May 19; 1-day, May 20; or both Conference days. All seating for the Conference is general admission. You will be asked if you wish to be placed on a waiting list, if the Conference is sold out.

Step 3: Personal Information
Complete the registration form that includes information such as your mailing address, phone number, email address, etc.

Step 4: Survey
Our quick survey will provide us with demographic information, such as age, occupation, prior attendance, etc. The information will also help attendees with any of the special needs identified below:
  • If you require special aid or assistance at the conference, please mark the appropriate box in the survey and conference staff will contact you closer to the conference date or you may call 217-333-8342 or 877-509-8796.
  • If you have special dietary requirements, please mark the appropriate box in the survey.
  • Vegetarian meals will be offered to participants who pre-order.
  • The staff will contact you closer to the conference date or you may call 217-333-8342 or 877-509-8796 with other dietary requests.
Step 5: Confirmation
Once you review your registration information and submit your individual registration, you will be asked if you would like to add another person to your registration. You may add as many attendees as you like to your group. Confirmations will be sent based on the information supplied as noted below:
  • Group Registration confirmations will be sent to registrants with an email address included on the registration form. Otherwise, all confirmations will be sent to the person entering the group registration.
  • If you think you have registered, but do not receive an email confirmation, please call 217-333-8342 or 877-509-8796 for assistance with completing your registration.
Before you begin the registration process, please note:
  1. Please review our cancellation policy before registering for more information concerning cancellations, substitutions or changes.
  2. Please do not use your browser's Back button during the registration process.
  3. Online registration will be closed as of 11:59 p.m. Monday, May 3, 2010 or when the event is sold out.
  4. Online registrations received after Monday, May 3, 2010 may be asked to report to the Registration Desk at the Krannert Center to pick up their welcome packet. We are unable to mail ticket packets after May 7, 2010. A Conference staff member will confirm prior to the event.
  5. If the event is NOT sold out, registrations will still be accepted on the days of the Conference - May 19-20 at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. To register, go to the Registration Desk on the main level of Krannert. Acceptable payment methods are check, Visa or MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
If your plans change, please cancel your registration. All cancellations must be received in writing through US Mail or fax (217-333-2643). The cancellation refund policy is as follows:
  • Full refund if received by April 20, 2010
  • No refund after April 20, 2010
Date Changes (subject to availability)
Please give careful consideration to the date you select for your conference attendance. Changes can be made at no charge through April 20, 2010. We are unable to make date changes after April 20, 2010. Date changes are subject to availability and cannot be made if the event is sold out.

Substitutions
A substitute may be sent in your place. The name and contact information of the registered attendee and their substitute should be submitted to our office by email, fax or mail in order for a new ticket packet to be processed. We will not be able to issue a new ticket packet after May 3, 2010, but will maintain a record of the transaction at the conference check-in. Your substitute will receive special check-in information at the time the substitution is made. Substitutions can be made at no charge through May 7, 2010.

Conference No-Shows
We're counting on you! If you don't show up, we are not able to process any refund.

You will receive an admission ticket and welcome packet by mail at the address on your registration form approximately 3 weeks prior to the Conference. You must have your admission ticket and a photo ID matching the name on the ticket in order to be admitted into the Conference. Online registrations received after May 3, 2010 may be asked to report to the Registration Desk at the Krannert Center to pick up their welcome packet. We are unable to mail ticket packets after May 7, 2010. A Conference staff member will confirm prior to the event.
